Day 9 :white_check_mark: I took a rest day from other exercise cause I just didn’t feel like it today. I started watching You are what you eat: twin experience on Netflix. It’s interesting

Day 9 done. It felt hard today, but I did it💪. Thanks for your ideas to make it more manageable @Runningfree @TrustyBird and @Jasty2. I am definately going to have to try it. But for now I still manage. :relieved:
