Good bootcamp workout this morning, a sweaty 30 min / 10 mile ride on the Peloton after work and Day 8 done. Happy with today!

Day 9 I took a rest day from other exercise cause I just didn’t feel like it today. I started watching You are what you eat: twin experience on Netflix. It’s interesting
