Day 11 :heavy_check_mark::heavy_check_mark::heavy_check_mark::heavy_check_mark: It’s nice to feel like a human again! I’m still fatigued easily and my heart rate is higher than normal even when resting but I’m so much better than I was a few days ago

I know we were supposed to rest for planks but I threw a min of lower and some push-ups lol
