Day 11 done. Out hiking soon to join my womenās meeting.
Caught up again, day 10 and 11 done. I am gonna feel this tomorrow
Day 11 Itās nice to feel like a human again! Iām still fatigued easily and my heart rate is higher than normal even when resting but Iām so much better than I was a few days ago
DAY 10 & 11 squats and planks completed. Now for some nice cool down movie timeā:grin:

Iām going to try to catch up tomorrow. Back to about 80% today.
Day 12 My heart is back in its normal lower range and my watch doesnāt think Iām dying anymore. Good stuff all around

I know we were supposed to rest for planks but I threw a min of lower and some push-ups lol
