I just added found upper and lower to be perfect to break up the squat challenge.

What are you thinking @CR84 ? There is also a video i posted that shows different types of planks, if you want to try those. We also have quadraped planks where you get into a tabletop position and then raise your knees up off the ground. Aka table planks or mesa planks. Let me know if you have any questions. I love fitness stuff, so let me have it.
