In June 2021 there was a plank challenge… I was in it and doing fine until 1:50 … I did it and then later had something go wrong w the lateral side of my lower leg. I think I was feebly holding up my whole body w that one muscle. It took quite some time to heal. Lesson for me. It was great I could get to 1 min 50 seconds but best for me to break it into pieces the next time. I think it was June 17th not sure. 2021. Cheering you all on! Editing to add that that challenge was headed to 5 min at the end.

2 minutes? Wow! I start shaking at 30/35 seconds But I pushed through

That’s great for only 8 days in.
I looked at the clock and started crying
Day 8 - off work today so it’s a me day. I got new markers so going to do some coloring and work on my puzzle. Trying to finish it up. I already did the grocery shopping and some cleaning so I’m done adulting
When I realized the five minute mark is a little more than half the song stairway to heaven. I have my doubts

Day 8 done! I won’t be going over 60 secs in a row. When I do so I hurt my lower back, therefore sets it will be!
