This is one I love to cover on my keyboard they definitely utilize it the most in metal
Johann Sebastian Bach, Toccata and Fugue In D Minor would be the other one that hits home for church organ. I got to play on one in Germany a couple years ago and itās unreal how loud they are literally the whole town could hear me playing
My theme song from rehab, it started because I was teaching a kid how to do the metal e string chug and I used the trooper as an example, they thought it was hilarious that I had the audacity to bust out an Iron Maiden tune on an acoustic guitar
Haha nice, bet that was cool. And thanks for the tips. There are quite a few metal bands that use it, I especially like Abysmal Grief. Non metal I like Bo Hansson, Uriah Heep, Tarkus by ELP, The Doors of course. And Anna Von Hausswolf.
Oh yeah man there are so many bands that utilize organs , if we are talking universal with organ sound, Jon Lords of Deep Purple was the King he is the reason that keyboard became such a prominent lead instrument in rock music such a sick solo
I like your taste in music you seem to be pretty drawn to the dark sounds. I was like that once, I stepped away from it into the light because it led me to severe depression but I do enjoy stepping back into it from time to time it makes me humble. Hereās some more darkwave for you bud
First Maiden song and forever will be one of my favorite bands I have there patch over top of my heart on my battle vest, between them and Metallica they created this world of music for me @marcusmaximus2000 letās see if we can bring back Marc the Shark back with our Maiden siren callings
Of course Maiden will bring me back!!! Iām living large and loving the sober life but I still check in here on TS regularly! Hereās the sister song to Aces - what a one-two punch these were to open an album!!! Up the Irons!!!
Iām a huge Pearl Jam fan I grew up in the grunge era.
Itās amazing how much they transformed musically that song reminds me of an ex girlfriend, because she was a huge PJ fan, and she blew up my phone when that album was released because of that song
