Still hanging with Belgian (Flemish actually) music. Sorry you won’t get the lyrics.

I was thinking about Belgian musicians when you posted yesterday and realised that I can only think of one artist. It does happen to be one of my very favourites tho :+1:

Shared Jaques Brel here before. I was mainly referring to contemporary Belgian (pop and rock) music and I’ll give you some more soon. But here’s one I got a pretty strong hunch about that you know him too. You should for sure

Very nice! Is that a reissue? I’ve wanted a copy for a while but everytime I’ve looked in the past is was a bit too pricey for me. I do have this poster in my kitchen tho :+1:

So much talent in one collective.

I used to not “get” the massive appeal of Elvis until I started watching his live performances a few years ago. I get it now.

Undeniable magnetism. A true performer at the top of his game before a swift, devastating decline. This one just gives me chills and fills me with both envy and gratitude for the talent and charisma he had.

The ‘68 Comeback Special is my favorite.

Did somebody say Belgium?
The Dutch singer, The Lau, the band, The Scene, performing in Belgium.
Have listened to and enjoyed this many times and it reminds me of this time of year. This is a very heavy and moving, emotional concert.

Translation:
On Saturday 21 June 2014, Thé Lau said goodbye to his audience with his The Scene in the AB.
A collective ode to timeless friendship, with eternal gratitude for what Thé Lau has meant to each of us.
Rest in peace The.

Lots of good songs here, and not enough hearts for me to “Like”!!
I have never been much of an Elvis fan, so will listen to what you all have posted. I tend to think of him as bloated and about to OD which is not at all fair to him.
Love listening to all the posted music… or listening to some, wish it were all!!
