April full body workout challenge 🏋️‍♂️🤸‍♀️

Hello there, April is around the corner!
Who’s joining for the April workout challenge?
It takes 5-10 minutes per day, if there are any exercises you can’t do due to injury, just change them for an alternative exercise you can do!
Feel free to join in or drop out any time of the month!

Will try this out again :slight_smile: I actually worked on a Life Balancing routine this morning to incorporate physical activity. Will give this another try :slight_smile:

I had thoughts of taking next month off from the challenge but it doesn’t look terrible. This months hasn’t been too rough

Sometimes I feel like not doing it, but on the other hand it has a positive effect on me!

Day 1 done. I don’t like chair dips :crazy_face: so I conclude they are useful
