Day 8 done!
I am doing some small changes cause things are hurting here and there on my body…
So triceps dips is a no no because of my shoulder, burpees is a no no… but I’m just adapting it! ![]()
Days 3 & 4 done. Not going to lie, legs were burning a bit after day 4 set! Headed to bed to rest up for my 4:30 am bootcamp beatdown! ![]()
Day 8 completed. Actually enjoy the Superman I need an orange cape. ![]()
Also 1 hour pool aerobics.

Day 6 & 7 done! Feels so good getting back into the swing of things! Bootcamp this morning, 30 minute peloton ride tonight and then finished out days 5 & 6. Why did the burpees have to be tge last exercise of the day! I"m ready for bed!!!

I’ve been down with the flu for four days, and will probably be out of commission tomorrow too. I’ll make an effort to double up, even if I can’t make up the whole month.

I had a rest day yesterday because I forgot all about it. No big deal I can catch up tomorrow.
Been busy today . 15 mile walk then 3 hrs heavy garden work. Did day 9. Can tell we have up-ed our game since last week.
Hope your all enjoying this as much as me.
Its also a mark of how far we have come being sober, well it is for me.

My post yesterday should have said days 6 & 7 done since day 5 was a rest day.
Went to bootcamp this morning and managed day 8 tonight. Im tired! Glad to have the e tra motivation of this challenge though!

Was going to have another rest day but thats how we fall behind. Good habits are hard to start, bad ones are hard stop. Think it goes something like that.
Even did extra time on my plank and a few extra push ups.
Can definitely feel my self getting stronger now. Looking forward to tomorrow’s now. Seriously I am. ![]()
I agree with that, skipping days can easily make you stop or start running behind!
In fact when I start losing days, I just continue on the current day, instead of trying to catch up, cause I’ll most likely drop out 100%! ![]()
