Days 1, 2, and 3 combined for a nice start to my workout tonight! No burpees for these knees, so I replaced them with pushups and squats.

I did day 4. It seemed easier than the previous ones. Jumps are not good for my knees, so I did regular squats, focusing on good form.

Also, 50 minutes swimming laps this morning. I’m energised!

I googled leg raises and all the people with videos on you tube are just pure athletes! I was a bit concerned about agrivating an old back injury so my take on them was to lay flat on my back keeping my spine straight and raising both legs keeping them straight to about 45⁰ and slowly lowering them. Not like the woman on youtube who had them tied in a bow around her neck.
One step at a time.
17 mile walk earlier.
Feeling good about putting more in to living healthier.
Do we have a day off tomorrow?
Im not ready for yet.

I know its a rest day and I have rested today, no exercises other than my walking at work 12 miles today.
Enjoying putting my feet up and relaxing today.

Welp, I did NOT Google the leg raises and just simply stood and raised my legs out to the sides and to the back. Should have known it was a bit easy. :clown_face:

Yes, gracias, @Jesile. I did learn how to protect my back when exercising years ago, and I try to always be really careful. My former fitness instructor had hyperlordosis, and she was always going on at us about good lower back form.

Well almost, my wife is having a Sunday afternoon snooze as she was up at 5.30am watching F1. So I still have star jumps to do, i might just start my week off with 20 of those babies and see what kind of week I have.
8 mile walk today and 4 hours digging up at the allotment followed by a chilled out afternoon pottering.

Just saw this and going to join in a week late, but i think i can make up some ground. Really enjoyed these challenges in the past and I’m starting a two month weight loss challenge at my bootcamp tomorrow so the extra workout will help!
