Day 11
Was going to have another rest day but thats how we fall behind. Good habits are hard to start, bad ones are hard stop. Think it goes something like that.
Even did extra time on my plank and a few extra push ups.
Can definitely feel my self getting stronger now. Looking forward to tomorrow’s now. Seriously I am.
I agree with that, skipping days can easily make you stop or start running behind!
In fact when I start losing days, I just continue on the current day, instead of trying to catch up, cause I’ll most likely drop out 100%!
Day 11 done!
Late night day 9 done. My legs are definitely feeling it after this week. Luckily bootcamp this morning had a lot of stretching which i needed.
Bootcamp tomorrow morning and then hoping to get days 11 and 12 done and finally be caught up!
Day 12
Crunchies got me. And lets not mention the B word.
Day 12 done and so am I.
You guys are killing it. Seeing your posts each day gives me motivation to get caught up!
Had a brutal bootcamp this motn I ng, Saturdays are longer sessions, but it felt great. Had some eggs and toast for breakfast and then busyed out day 11.
Plan is to get 12 done tonight and be caught up for tomorrow.
Good workout Saturday. Ended up having some good energy tonight so hopped on the Peloton for a good 30 minute ride, 20 minute stretch session and knocked out day 12. Going to sleep well tonight!
Day 13 done! did a nice workout and added the challenge reps to it!
Another good workout day. Did a 45 minute Peloton ride, good stretch session and then day 13. Can I tell you i HATE mtn climbers!

I think i need to start having a minutes break inbetween exerciese. My shoulders felt that today.
But feeling great now its done.

Getting on well! I woke up with a bad headache, but it has subsided during the day! So I could do my workout!

Had bootcamp this morning. Really enjoy the class as it constantly works muscles i don’t always workout and always has the cardio aspect.
Completed day 14 before my Peloton ride tonight and ended with my stretch session, much better this way.
Day 13 was worse than 14

Day 16 done!
Day 16 completed before my Peloton ride. Another good bootcamp this morning. I enjoy doing challenges like this, one more thing to help keep me focused.
Went to boot camp this morning and got home from work and did day 17. My legs are burning. The squats and burpees got me. The Peloton is taking the night off!
I was lazy yesterday… I cleaned my house for 5 hours! Does that count as workout?

Bootcamp was ruff this morning, my lower back is so tight. Got home from work and completed day 18, solid 30 min Peloton ride and then much needed stretch session.
I’m ready for bed!
