I skipped today! I met with 2 friends, and didn’t do any workout at all!
Back at it tomorrow!
Don’t want to buck the trend so im taking my rest day today. Had an extended bootcamp this morning and then came home to 5 hours of yardwork. This guy is beat!
Day 20 yesterday and got day 19 done today befor a good 45 minute Peloton ride. We will see if any yardwork gets done! ![]()

Catching up nicely. Its the only real exercise Ive done today. Had a 2 mile walk this morning with Alfie but that was just a stroll in the sand.

Had a good 4+ hrs up at the allotment today doing heavy manual work. Which feels good now that its done.

I did day 17 this morning before work then 18 tonight.
I felt it in my legs at work with this mornings but managed ok. I’ll soon be caught right back up.
Im feeling so much stronger and better for doing this.

I am here… No chance of catching up so plan to end the month strong. I find it very difficult to stay on my regime when my activities are being planned for me daily when hubby here.. Exercise days missed were not however without other exercise.. did not take the time to do these exercises as exhausted from all my other exertion. I am working on keeping to what I want to accomplish every day.. Lately I have been weak in this category.

Day 22 done then a good 30 minutes on the Peloton and a stretch. Today was hard. I had leg day this morning at boot camp so the squats and then 35 burpees was brutal. As i was pushing through the burpees, do you guys do a pushup with each burpee? That was hard!!

@Hidden I do a squat thrust on the floor then jump up into a perfect star jump. Truthfully i do a squat thrust then start off by doing a jump up with my arms raised but it gradually works its way into a wobble up with arms all over the place. I hate burpees!
I definately going to continue a structured exercise program to some degree once this challenge is over.

I know all about the wobbly arms, funny how those star jumps turn into half stars by the end!
Today was a perfect example for me on how pushing through and keeoing up with my routine always makes me feel better.
Had a hard bootcamp this morning, abs and cardio, but it felt great. Long work day and my daughter was coming over for dinnet. Really considered skipping my night workout, but the guilt got to me.
Went down to my dungeon and knocked out day 23, then jumped on the Peloton for a good 30 minute ride followed by my stretch session, huge believver in stretching.
Felt great about getting everything done and had a perfect dinner with my daughter.
@Jesile I’ve never done a punch bag workout, but heard it’s a great way to get a good cardio/muscle workout. Nice work! I may have to look into that.

I struggled with todays but got there in the end.
I think its because Ive been playing a bit of catch up and not resting the right set of muscels inbetween days.
Anyone notice any bodily functions occurring while doing crunchies? Maybe just me ![]()
id be terrible in a yoga class.

Yesterday was a busy day so i took my day 25 rest day. Another busy day today, but couldn’t fall behind. Had bootcamp this morning, Day 24 late tonight followed by my Peloton ride and stretch. Ready for bed!

Read an article from a Doctor today and wanted to share. I believe all of us performing these floor exercises every day is so beneficial.
