Good day today. Extended bootcamp this morning and then tonight i got day 26 done before a 45 minute Peloton ride and as always a good stretch.

I have been dropping out a bit. Yesterday got up at 5;30 for work, did the weekly cleaning at home until 8:00 pm cause I only have one day off this week! High season at work for me! My plan is to do a workout this afternoon! :flexed_biceps:t2:

Ran on the beach two days in a row and walked in the surf today for a mile plus. Not on the challenge, but I ainโ€™t dead yet!

did day 24 yesterday as well by the time I realised today it was too late.

I swear housework should count as a workout! I have an Oura ring and housework is often one of my better calorie burning activities! :joy:

Day 27 done. That one was hard. Followed it up with a hard 45 minute Peloton ride and a stretch. Bootcamp tomorrow at 5am so im off to bed!

Day 28 done! Had a really good bootcamp class this morning and got day 28 done after work. I liked today better than yesterday :joy: Followed that with a good Peloton ride and then my stretching. Good day!

It was looking like I may not finish the challenge yesrerday as I had pins and needles all day in my left foot, i put it down to a trapped nerve.
Anyway I did what we all do in these situations rest and seek medical advice. :grinning_face:. No I walked it off at work then spent all afternoon in the garden, then blasted days 27 & 28. Was going to do 29 but Im keeping that until tomorrow.

Quite the day to end the challenge. Bootcamp this morning, had to mow the lawn after work. Dealing with some inner anger the last couple of days, which worked in my favor. Took the anger out on Day 29, a hard peloton ride and then my stretch session calmed me down.
