Because we have a guest (h uncle) I didn’t want to make a show in the living room in from of him with my burpees so I was making it in the bedroom next to bedroom of my kiddos, which are sleeping. Needless to say, the most quiet burpees ever xD
Good to be back, it’s been awhile. I thought this one looked interesting. I had to quit before because I was stressing out for some reason over getting these done. I think I’m mentally prepared for this month!
Day one done.
Day 2 done. Inversed the excercises. It’ll be interesting. Whoo, I mean how. Burpees first, then sitting.

Same order - first damn burpees, then sitting
Day 2 done. Legs started quivering. This ought to be interesting in a couple weeks!
Day 2 Did a quick break at work to do it
Some Burpees, sitting around for a minute. Day 3 done.
Day 3 done! First wall sit for me, and then burpees! Might try the other way round tomorrow!

My husband is laughing about the way I do burpees. I believe him, I feel like my burpees look like caricature of real burpees. Tomorrow I will ask him to make video, I wanna laugh as well xD
