January plank challenge

Anyone interested in joining me for the annual January plank challenge? It starts out easy and you build up to oh hell no, not easy.:blush: You can scale up or down depending on your needs. Forearms or straight arms, up to you. And if you are more comfortable doing (for example) 1 minute a day, do that… Or build up to it and stay there…do what works for you. 20 seconds is a great start if you aren’t used to planking.

Yes, that is a forearm plank. You could also do a straight arm plank if you prefer. See what feels better for you.

Exactly!! A perfect metaphor for sobriety. We build our core a little each day, just as we build our sober muscles. And definitely just deal with the day at hand.
