Anyone interested in joining me for the annual January plank challenge? It starts out easy and you build up to oh hell no, not easy. You can scale up or down depending on your needs. Forearms or straight arms, up to you. And if you are more comfortable doing (for example) 1 minute a day, do that… Or build up to it and stay there…do what works for you. 20 seconds is a great start if you aren’t used to planking.
