Definitely at some point I will have to take a break! Won’t consider it cheating though!
Talking about cheating, yesterday was a horrible day. From 1.00 pm, when I walked into the supermarket past the wine section, until 7:00 pm (back home again), I could not stop thinking about booze. I was imagining myself having a cold glass of white wine… almost walked out the house twice to buy some at the gas station. I finally didn’t, and eventually it went away, but it was horrible! Any suggestions on making the demons go away?

AA meetings took up plenty of time for me, maybe a couple of hours, and a meeting is a safe place to be if you are craving. I bet they would help you.

It’s crazy I’ll wobble a bit but once settled I’ll be good till it’s time to get up and then it’s like I’m stuck lol I’m sure this won’t be the case next week

Day 12 :white_check_mark:. Here’s a tip, when i start to feel the first twinge of shaking deep in my quads, i press my heels more firmly to the floor . That seems to shift the work a little more into the calf area and gives me relief .

Day 13 :heavy_check_mark: Tried the heel trick and it’s handy. When my quads get tired I’ll squeeze my glutes. Nice to have a few muscle options

I swapped days 14 and 15, I’ll take my rest day tomorrow. I have a race then and that’s plenty enough workout for me!
