If it burns your legs too much or hurts your knees you can raise up a bit. Back still on the wall but it would be less of a 90 angle on the knees. No cheatin and using a chair

I was thinking more in line like a ball or a bolster or a block. Like a yoga prop. But not as funny.

I can’t remember the last time I’ve done one of these, but did one last night and the burn was so intense! Shit, these hurt!
