Regarding baby… Baby went missing 11 days ago. I think its gone or has been injured or died. I don’t know. Its very sad without baby here.

Really glad you are ok! How does an account get put on hold? I’m sorry to hear about baby, but even if something bad has happened to them, you gave them a great life while they were part of yours!

Glad you are back, April.
You were a great friend and caretaker to the bird while it was in your life. Although it may be sad that baby bird is gone, it just might’ve been their time to move on with their birdy life and go do whatever it is they do – just somewhere else. You never know, might see them again someday!
I saw a video a while back about an old man who lives on an island somewhere and those small penguins that are about 1-2 ft tall migrate to that island in the winter (something like that). This guy and a specific penguin formed a bond, penguin wouldn’t leave his side. One day the penguin just vanished. He thought it had just left for good. But, it came back the next year, and every subsequent year, never forgetting who the old man was and recognizing him every single time.

The next chapter has begun…my new buddies are cockatoos 
I miss baby very much, but the past two weeks I’ve been blessed with daily visits from up to 6 cockatoos… They are all super cute and sweet little angels… Super friendly and gentle and they don’t try to bite me… Stay tuned 
let’s see if I can connect with any of them the way I did with baby…

Love your Mohawked friends! And I love you for connecting with 'm. Just a little friendly advice: in general bread is not recommended food for birds, including cockatoos.
