This morning we had so much fun with the crew! I laid around on the grass in the park for like 45 mins and they stayed even after the finished all the almonds…
I laid Down so I was at there level and they loved it , they were so curious and playful!!
The one that is the pregnant mumma was supper gentle with playing and play bit me and was so curious and loving…
Some of them were trying to destroy my combat boots lol. They are obsessed with my boots. I have to be careful coz they easily out a rip in them.
Yeh lockdown can suck, and you’ve had much more down there than up here yous poor guys!
Ooh wow, sounds epic! All three are amazing places - Port Douglas (which I’m not far from) and especially Noosa have particularly beautiful beaches! So nice and much to see… You’ll totally love it all!
Are you still allowed to work, at least take walks etc where you are?

And little dude came back to his VIP level again he was so much more comfortable with me today. He was waving his foot around at me trying to grab onto my finger to hold while it ate coz it was wobbly where it was sitting… I think it actually was holding onto my finger with its foot so I wouldn’t walk away with the tub or seeds he came back like three times. Each time more chill with me. Buttttt he makes a hell of a mess on my carpet with the seed shells lol… No poop tho from any of them still to this day, not a single mess on my window, there apparently polite with there toilet etiquette
The crew were being extra cute fun and loving with me this morning. Jumping up onto me while I layed down on the grass, sitting on my knees playing. Even a few head lands which I shut down quick smat because I don’t want them to learn that its OK to land on my head lol…
So I just took one photo this morning because I wanted to be in the moment and not holding my phone trying to take photos.
They have also started to chase me around running on the grass playfully. Its so cute.
And when I say bye, a few of them make there cute little tooting noise as if to say bye. I’m convinced they understand me. Because yesterday at home I started teaching them about music and songs. They love it. I dont think they had heard music before. They are very intrigued!
I started playing classical piano music for them and they LOVE IT!!!
They sit there all still with there feathers floofed up and it is so heart warming it was a moment I will never forget the rain had just stopped and the sun was breaking through… It was just a still calm moment in life that makes you feel grateful to be alive
They have so much personality and it seems like heart!! Not to mention appetite! I love that you have these in your life … “Touched by the Cockatoo’s and One Crow”

Little do they know that almonds are out of stock at the cafe also no seeds this morning… They are getting the days “special” … Dry crackers lol. I’m sure it will be a nice cheeky treat for them !
