gorgeous bird!!
This is my thread on my recent chapter’s of my life with a few different birds I’d found turn up in my life…
It’s a beautiful thread with a kind of storey to it, if you start at the top of the thread, you will meet “baby” my myna bird.
Then it goes onto a crow I was besties with…
Then a random chapter than happened was a few dozen cockatoos that entered my life and you will see through the photos the connection and bond I had…
They were all moments in my life that I could never have predicted or imagined would happen.
The connection I had with these birds was something that happens maybe never in a life time… but I experienced something that I can’t explain and will never forget

i miss my birds so much aswell! I didnt realise what a rare and blessed experience i had with the cockatoos and my time with baby, and befriending mr crow.
It was a time that i will never forget.
Where i live now, i have birds around, cockatoos are local to me, a short 10 minute walk away, but its nothing like the time i had back at my old home , waking up to demanding cockatoos knocking on my window at the crack of dawn everyday lol 
I went past my old place a few weeks ago, the cockatoos are still around there, i could hear them while i was laying down getting a beauty appointment completed lol. So i think one morning at sunrise i might stock up on almonds and go for a trip down there and see how well they remember me ! Im going to google cockatoos memory ability with humans now lol

Welcome back April. Hope you’re doing well.
That article is heartbreaking. All those innocent lives were taken for them just being birds trying to live their best bird life.
I miss your cockatoo stories and pics. I’d love to hear about it if you go back to check on them. I bet they remember you.
