Im gutted I didnt take a before pic when I started my journey 5 days ago but this morning doing my ritual of moisturising etc I think I see visible results.
I had very dark circles…panda eyes, whites not white and skin tinged where as Im sure the darkness is lighter, eyes lighter & skin actually glowing a bit…either that or Im still in that fuzzy head state

I’m the same when I was drinking I didn’t do my usual beauty routine but the last week I have and my partner said today I looked great and I didn’t even have any makeup on lol
