In a way I can relate. Like I can overeat chips and still feel like I need chocolate, or vice versa. I do not have thyroid issues though. Are you on thyroid medication/are you seeing an endocrinologist?
I am but itās still pretty early so Iām not sure yet how much difference it will make - I only just started medication a week ago so I know Iāll get more of those answers later on

I did eat a bit more than I should have, but it wasnāt a binge. That was it for today: now back to my 20:4 intermittent fasting cycle.
