Ate more than I liked today but it wasn’t what I would class as a binge, sharing sweet things with a class or my family, not eating alone

I’m officially having to quit coffee. It’s been giving me really bad jitters and heart palpitations, even just drinking 1-3 cups a day. So I’ve got something else to add to here. I have switched to green tea and that seems to be helping. If you all continue to drink coffee, no judgement here. I’m just doing this because I feel better this way. :relieved:
