That is great news! Hey I’m new here and don’t have a lot of information that might have already been shared but I have struggled with binge eating in the past too and I know it’s always when I have ignored my hunger (which is also the trigger for me to drink alcohol) so I make sure I try to eat every 3-4 hours. What about you?
Hi, and welcome! Thanks for sharing your story, I generally try to eat at least 3 meals a day, and maybe dessert. But of course, everyone here is different in the way they handle their eating.
Yes definitely. For me, I can’t go more than three, maybe four hours without eating, but I do eat smaller meals more frequently and i have a fast metabolism.
