I think the butternut squash was my favorite.
I have two EDs and theyāre opposite. Haha. Cuz im a bit of a mess.
I binge because I canāt look at myself thin. Because all I see is a target.
But then I also canāt stand to look at myself too big, and refuse to eat for days at a time. (I had a cup of egg drop soup today).
Itās not healthy. Either way. But i am trying to get better. And seeing yāall counting days where you made healthy choices really helps me! So, thank you

Ate soba noodles with tofu and veggies Friday and yesterday for main meal, my stomach and gut are ppreciating the buckwheat.
Started to not only āeatā shakes for breakfast, had roasted sourdough rye bread with Omlette last days. I feel my metabolism kicking up soooo much better if I am having a real breakfast.
Today I will be visiting mum and we will make pumpkin lasagne. There were days where it was not possible to make such a meal because of all my restrictions and drama. Looking forward to cooking with mum today.
Day 701 : No binge today. Ok, so it looks like I was a few days off according to my timer. Iām not entirely sure how that happened in the first place. Regardless, looks like iām very close to the two year mark, iām thrilled!

Today i begrudgingly ate.
I did however join a gym today. So hopefully that will help. I need food for fuel to workout. So Iāll hopefully feel less guilty when i eat and also, not overdo it because Iāve waited too long.

Day 7 imperfect regular eating
I had really a lot of pumpkin lasagne on Sunday and I had spelt bread for dinner and for late snack after swim yesterday.
Carb heaven, carb dramaā¦
Difficult not to judge myself.
It was not a binge.
I was still hungry after it.
And I still feel light.
I am a swimmer and do ca 4 to 5 workouts per week, burning about 600 to over 1000 kcal each. Swimming makes me hungry as every high level cardio.
So I am in struggle with this high sports hunger. Any of you know this? How are you dealing with this special kind of energy hunger?
Donāt knowā¦ Hunger is good, metabolism works though.
I wonāt stop working out, as itās pushing my endorphins and keeps me fit and healthy.

I only ate 8 saltines and 2 tbsp (28g) of peanut butter today. But not because I was restricting. I think something bit me, and Iāve got a nice sized swollen sore area on my leg and Iāve felt dizzy and nauseated and drained all day. Iāve just been trying to push through.
With all that saidā¦I think i ate when my body gave me hunger cues so i wonāt reset my timer.
