I stole the three circles model to reflect about my behaviour.
(The Three Circles Model is a recovery tool that categorizes behaviors into an Inner Circle (addictive acts to avoid), a Middle Circle (risky triggers and “slippery” behaviors), and an Outer Circle (healthy, positive activities). By defining these boundaries, addicts can clearly track their sobriety and focus on building a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle.)
This is the result:
Red: binges
Yellow: overeating, snacking, carbs, eating out of boredom or frustration, eating in front of the telly or on the couch
Green: 3 planned meals a day, sleep, moving my body, rest and pauses, meditation, creativity, dancing, breathwork, journaling, Talking Sober
When I read the things in the green outer circle, it’s easier for me to care for myself.
