I’ve just scrolled up with more than a bit of dread to see how long we have to plank for today. I almost wept with joy to see that it is a rest day.

Lots of admiration and respect to all in the challenge.
I will be back to a daily plank, minute and a half plus, once my leg straightens up.
I had back surgery in 2016 and was told by a knowledgeable friend that I shouldn’t do planks, that it trashes lumbar surgeries.
So I rarely did.
This has show me that I most definitely can. Yay, so it’s all good.

I was kidding because today was a rest day
I still think 5 will be tough though. There is just something about being still

Really unpleasant.
Roped my 16 year old daughter in.

I am also preferring doing it in up and down intervals 30 sec. Keeps me busy. Don’t like too much the isometric exercises.

Completely forgot about this. Had to haul myself out of bed at 1:15am.
Could only manage it in three chunks, so did 3 x 50 seconds.
Technically day 22 here, but I’m using LA time just for tonight.

I got help from Eminem and powered through my 2.5. I didn’t like it. Not one bit.
