Not as bad as I was expecting.
Day 22 finished. Missed yesterday…guess no day of rest for me.

Awe man…. Today was 3 minutes?? I’m such a doofus. I did 2.5 at the fitness center today with Aerosmith and thought I was pretty cool I usually do it at home.

Doing my plank on a rest day made it a lot easier. Maybe I’ll skip working out until the challenge is over

I skipped yesterday. And - consistent with my childhood piano practicing habits - thought I’d just double up today.
I did the Singtone thing instead and did 3 minutes, one minute at a time - and I might just stay there for the rest o’ July, but hey - we’re doing it! (er, sort of! )
