Burpee challenge

I just saw the burpee video :scream: I know a burpee as jumping a bit up hands down, plank, push up, frog to forward and up. So, I can leave the pushups out.

I don’t do the push up, just chest to ground. Just do them they way you are comfortable! :grin:

I do them as you described with a push-up. That’s how I know a burpee. There are so many different variations though

Day 6 done, I say. Had to do 50 sprawls in my workout so I count this. Lying dead on my back now…

Day 7 done! :white_check_mark: I skipped yesterday because I had a terrible headache… Still have it today, but not that bad. Silly me, yesterday were less reps, I could have chosen my headache on another day… :roll_eyes:

No need to apologize! I did a pretty intense spinning class today, therefore today I’m gonna go with that! Tomorrow again burpees! 35… oh boy!

I did my workout at the gym, and finished with the 35 reps. Strange enough today wasn’t that bad! :sweat_smile:

He said he would not be in the burpee challenge. I think he is doing some crazy 100 sit-ups per day challenge :scream:
