I’ve had a drinking problem for a long time and I can’t stop… I can only manage 3-4 days without drinking then I have to reset the timer again on this app. Normally I only manage 1 day without drinking and smoking… Does anyone have any tips on how I can get better clean? I’ve tried so many times and then everything starts all over again.
I don’t want to make assumptions but I wonder if you are doing anything more than just “not drinking”. I found when I decided to actively participate in my recovery rather than just stay dry the days quickly added up. Before that it was relapse after relapse.

Hey dude, I know how it goes. For a long time, I couldn’t get sober because I wouldn’t get sober. I was standing in my own way of my best self.

Sobriety is simple, but it’s not easy, but it is worth it.
