Challenge for week from June 10th

Hello guys.

Today, instead of quote I have a weekly challenge:

List 5 things that you perceive as your weaknesses.
Now list how those 5 things could be strengths.

I hope you’ll have a fun doing this :wink: I haven’t done it myself yet. But I will do. I believe it can give us a good idea how to look at things from a different perspective :blush: and mainly how to shift our mind from seeing something negatively to the positive view :hugs:

Addiction-I have enough experience in recovery to help others
Autism-I am great at making the store I work at look perfect


ADHD- I have perseverance

My self image must have improved a lot, because I honestly can’t think of any other flaws :smiley: . Thus means that it took only 195 days for me to change to someone who wants to die because he is such an awful person, to someone who has worked on those flaws and loves himself

I totally admire you I never realised how old you are until last night and I’m so proud of how you are changing your life around your a great roll model I wish I had the courage you have at your age your amazing.

Weaknesses

  1. I always help people no matter the situation it puts me in.
  2. I am incredibly hard on myself, yet easy on others.
  3. I give to many chances to people who have screwed me over.
  4. I can be cruel when I have had enough.
  5. I can flip a switch in my head and turn off my feelings for anyone and just never care or think about them again.

Strengths

  1. I am dependable
  2. I am loving
  3. I am hardworking
  4. I am Opinionated
  5. I never give up

Lovely challenge.

Flaws:

  1. I’m socially anxious.
  2. I get obsessions and addictions.
  3. I’m a worrier.
  4. I’m scared of being judged.
  5. I’m untidy.

Strengths:

  1. I care about other people. Their feelings matter to me.
  2. I have focus.
  3. I think things theough. I look ahead and all around every issue.
  4. I want to be a good person.
  5. Haha maybe this is just bad. No: I have priorities in my life. I believe it’s more important to spend quality time with my kids and do my work to my best ability than to fuss about housework too much.

Stubborn. This is good because I accomplish what I’ve set in motion.
Picky. This can be good because I know what I am worth now.
Argumentative. I stand up firmly to my beliefs.
Aloof. I know how to see things through a positive light.
Know it all. This one stands alone lol. Just playing. (See above). :crazy_face::upside_down_face::crazy_face:

So finally I have a bit of time to complete this challenge myself :smile:

Weaknesses:

  1. Impatience
  2. Impossibility to give up sweets :smile:
  3. Sometimes I don’t say “no” although I would like to
  4. Insecurity if I “do things right”
  5. Impossibility go to bed early :smile:

How it could be strength:

  1. Sometimes I get things sort out faster
  2. Force me to do something (run, excersise)
    • (any ideas?)
  3. I do precision work
  4. Having a longer day
  1. discovering new things that you actually like perhaps?
