Today is Day 15 for me - half way to my 30-day sobriety chip! Still no pink cloud, but feeling better and optimistic about today!

How do you make it show decimals? I have an iPhone and it shows d h m s instead of decimal.

Not sure if I can help. I have an iPhone, but am technologically challenged.
Click on the edit pencil (bottom left), then ‘display mode’. Change it to ‘days’.

Day 56. I don’t want to obsess about numbers. But I’m excited to be at almost two months totally sober. My whole relationship with alcohol has changed, not just these months but over the course of the last few years, since getting out of toxic relationship with alcoholic and trying to be much more mindful about my own drinking. It’s been a gradual journey towards realizing zero drinks is the right number for me, not just aiming for moderation. I’m glad to be learning new habits and a new mindset and growing as a person in ways that are more possible for me if I never drink.

Really rough day today. Didnt manage to do few things. Weather sux. I’m craving for some alkohol to decrease my stress. Luckly too lazy to get up from bed.

Hey guys- busy sober day
- up at 5.30am for my prayer and readings
- 6am gym for circuits
- busy all day at work as got OFSTED in so had to speak through all the medication / protocols but think we’ve got ‘good’
- back home for the girls routines
- meeting at 7pm
