Day 143. Sober. Headed to a meeting. Beautiful day outside. Wish my mood matched the weather. Feeling a bit overwhelmed by life but I can handle it because I’m sober. Wishing all of you a lovely sober day. Press on. Sober is better.

I was born and raised in Virginia, and still live here. That’s not a Virginia thing!

Checking in on Day 193. Last night’s show was RAD. It was our first all ages show in over a year. Kids were going off! Moshing, circle pits, stage dives, even a Wall of Death…and we’re not even that heavy, hahahaha. The whole band was smiling the whole time. Tonight’s show has a lot to live up to.

Have a strong day!!!

Hi! So I’m 737 days sober from booze but now need to tackle my weed addiction which is brewing up nicely. Big Sigh for the process of this but joyful for the ongoing wonderfulness that is sobriety

I’m feeling reclusive today. I’ve been listening to Ravi Zacharias and crocheting.

It’s a good job I was sleeping in the back of my car and kept waking up because I didn’t know what time it would occur. Plus I had to drive out of the valley to get a signal so I could post it! :joy::joy:

Uuhmn … I probably missed it, but, err, why were you sleeping in the back of your car? :astonished::flushed::sweat_smile::joy::kissing_heart:

Nice one Kevin!
Sorry to say I craved in yesterday - my OCD-DOC.
So 185 days clean from the booze, but back to 1st day “self - harming”.
So easy to trip up :pensive:

Been a while since I’ve done a proper check in! I’m currently waiting for a game to finish downloading so I can play :joy: for me, the newest thing lately has been being open to relationships, the dating scene. I’m excited about it, and as I told my roommate(which I moved in with a new one right after Thanksgiving as well) that I’m open to not just finding something positive, but I’m ok if it doesn’t go well at first. Dating is hard, and especially when in sobriety. But I’ve got a solid ground in the steps and a great support system. So mostly just figured maybe I’ll share my dating adventures with all y’all :joy: hope y’all are having a good day! And I’m here to visit if you need an ear!
