Today I hit 15 days? Good morning! :coffee:… Ugh I have really been over doing the caffeine and sugar this past week!!! 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning, a sugary soda in the evening, cookies and chai or green tea and sometimes coffee around 5 or 6pm. Also chocolate covered espresso beans. So now I just wake up soo tired! Even after 8 hours of sleep!
I want to cut back!! Quitting coffee and sugar seems impossible. Where would all my energy come from? Surely not from me lol. Any advice would be much appreciated. Im tired of being tired all the time!! I want to be healthy. Anyways, I finally finished my 2018 taxes yesterday, so all good things! Hope you guys have a great sober day!

Checking in day 83. My mind is racing as I check in late today. So much going on this last week or so. Brings me to gratitude for the tools I have allowing me to deal with things as they arrive and not go running back to old habits. Thanks for my higher power for giving me strength. This reminds me of the worn out third step prayer thats attached to tyhis very handy device in my hand. Take my will and my life, guide me my recovery, show me how to live. Clean and serene.

Day 262. Hit some PRs this morning. Got some barbell maintenance set up for tomorrow, so, looking forward to smelling like vinegar and WD40.

Used my Viking Press attachment for the first time today. It’s pretty rad. Definitely a good investment.

No big drama about my relapse. Went shopping at 8.20 am bought red wine. Drank it before my son sam woke he did not noticed. But i knew. I kept quiet in my internal shame.
Feel like shit. Never got this far before and really, really dont know if i can start again. I will try. But you lose something very important. God knows…
Not caught up on you all yet. Had a sleep. Mouth is dry. Head is buggered. Thoughts are screwed.
