  1. I’m late. Hurry with my coffee and this message. Sober and clean. Walked passed the house I grew up in yesterday. The window in the middle on top is where my little room was in the 70’s. Not a bad neighbourhood and not all bad memories. Good to remember the good too. Have a good day all. Sober and clean. Love from Amsterdam.

    @ChicagoT Nice to see you Tom! @Joy Soooo happy for you lady. Huge congrats!

Woo hoo! :confetti_ball: :tada:
When I started this journey 365 days ago, 1 year tomorrow (July 10th), I only had one goal and that is one day at a time never to drink again. I had zero expectations of making it but I promised myself to do whatever it takes not to drink ever, even if it kills me. I couldn’t leave the house and face the world unless I was intoxicated but I now have the confidence to even meet and talk to people sober. Yes, it was a hard in the beginning but I’m not going to lie, after the first couple of months it got easier and easier that I now don’t even think about alcohol, only do so when checking in here. I’m running +10km (nearly) daily and feeling great health wise thanks to sobriety. I thank my HP I found TS on my 1st day of sobriety because I don’t think I’d have made it without you guys’ inspiration. Thank you all because your stories and shares are making me stronger in resolute and a better person ( thanks @Fargesia_murielae) in my recovery.
Thanks @C_8, @Lisa07, a
@M-be-free49, @Fargesia_murielae
, @CapriciousCapricorn, @zzz and @Mno for remembering my soberversary.
Love you all my sober friends
