Thank you Jane! Nothing today but I may have to get me a new purse a summer bag
@Apes2020
Hi April last Christmas Covid and all, we were in Darwin. It was strange for us Canadians to be in church in shorts and fanning the perspiration away. Then that evening there was.a program ‘Carols by the Sea’. We took our lawn chairs had burgers and fries and sang Carol’s to our hearts content. It was a beautifil evening in straw Hays and.candle lights.
Sorry I got carried away by the memory of it.
Back to business checking in today to maintainy sobriety for the 34th. Day. Love you all and Goodnight. Lights out
Me? I’m in Canada North, still below the 60th parallel north, so not considered north to the true northerners, but north all the same! This weekend was 30C on Saturday, and then raining and 14C on Sunday - same today (about 56F). All good by me, as long as my tomatoes have ripened before first frost!
Checking in day 4, finally had a good sleep
Well that might help my mood if he’d visit, lol:face_with_hand_over_mouth:
Welcome back to the wagon. 65 days was a good run. This time will be longer. You’ve got this.
Jumping in during a little holiday with my family on day 52, and all is going good happy days
Checking in on 120 days. FOUR months. I can’t believe I have made it this long sober thus far after being someone who used to drink daily. I can feel the differences both emotionally and physically which is incredible. To everyone who has made it 1 day sober to those who have made it 1 year sober, GOOD JOB. This site has honestly helped me in a positive way the past few months so thank you guys
Na,na no camels @Apes2020 April,
Just Crocodiles huge Crocks, 100’s of them. You can do an outback tour and come face to face with teeth and jaws.
Day 27. Had a good Monday. Feeling like life isn’t as bad as I thought in this moment. Sobriety is giving me this emotional integrity that I had no idea I was capable of. Who knew growing up could so rewarding?
Thank you so much!
Thank you
Thank you Conor
Awe thanks Paul!!
- Coffee. In a hurry. Talked to doc on the phone yesterday, and got an appointment with the mental health nurse at the practice next week to talk possibilities on treating my depression. Going to work now. One day at a time. Sober and clean. Love from Amsterdam.
Good morning everyone. Another beautiful sunny day here. Checking in on day 38. Hopefully the sadness will leave me today. I feel it’s already getting better. Wishing everyone a great Tuesday
