There are some restorative postures plus it’s pretty good for all round strength and mobility.
Only a suggestion, maybe try going to a meeting. Might help with ascertaining peace and serenity in your life.
I’ll look into something, but we really have such a small town that there isn’t much to volunteer for. There is no shelters or anything like that. No youth centers. Literally nothing this town is a joke lol
Maybe you could try taking a walk? I do that a lot.
I’ll look into them, I’ve definitely fixed my posture alot so far, and been doing alot of pull ups. Bent over rows, planks,band pulls. I’m not sore anywhere else but my left elbow sucks
Yeah I do I go down and lift on my lunch break, then go home and jog or do some sort of hit workout. Maybe just a walk would be a lil more soothing tho

Is lifting ok for it though Mike. This is where the yoga is good because it’s not putting any major strain on our joints and muscles but slow stretch and contraction.

I’ve got a book that has programs and suchlike in it called Yoga for Men.
Don’t know if it’s available over there but there’s probably something similar or a channel similar.
My kids does small videos a few minutes long that we film and uploads by phone. I do recommend you to use YouTube app and YouTube studios app because you’re going to have to make tags, content information, and editing in the YouTube studio app. As long as you ain’t doing gaming videos you’re gonna be fine with just a phone and a good internet connection as a starter.
laugh if you want but it’s becoming more of a common problem and the reason is people hold their phones up all day.
I know,but it’s not even that elbow is what sucks , but for sure it definitely helped mess my posture up. And I always slouched over really bad to try and hide my man boobs when I was growing up. Ppl use to smack them and it made me really self conscious so I bent over more and more and just ruined it
You can use only phone for gaming channel too. I had over 10k subscribers by only using my phone for video’s
Sometime just trying to be fine with being is actually doing a lot. I’m really into this these days…
But I am a big fan of books, but not novels, more psychological or philosophical ones. I like thinking, feels like I’m doing something even if I just sit on my couch looking by the window after reading. Thinking about life. What’s life about? Where am I heading? I don’t know exactly (thankfully) but I’m on a path.
If you don’t like reading tho maybe you’d like to listen to podcast about stuff you like.

Is there any local action group you could set up? I’m starting to set up a beach clean/litter pick group - not that i’m able to organise anything with COVID but it’s keeping me excited!

Day 154- Same story I feel like… feeling mentally and physically strong emotionally still really drained. Feeling others energy is a blessing and curse I think. Wish I could just tune it out but I can’t. I’ve got to get to a place that I can just process it and move on… But hey if that’s my biggest issue I guess things aren’t so bad. Just gotta keep pushing forward.

Popping in for my 60 day milestone. Still dealing with personal situations that take all of my time, but I am attending nightly SMART meetings and working my tools. Seems to be the way for me.
