Hi there, and you too!!! Loving your numbers Paul
you surprise me
I’ve been rooting for you… behind the scenes!
Lol, Paul!!
Nice numbers! Almost my sober twin
Thank you, and right back at you!
Checking in at day 227
Thought I’d do some math.
If wifey drinks 2 or 3 glasses of wine after lunch and then has 2 martinis at 5 and then 2 or 3 glasses of wine after dinner. How much would I have drank with her in 227 days?
1135 glasses of wine
454 martinis
And I’m being conservative cuz I know we drank more together than she’s drinking now.
Who’s got 2 thumbs and glad he’s not drinking?
Happy Sunday y’all.
Day 25.5. Yesterday was a tough day, wife working, I would normally piss the day away day drinking and passed out. Spent morning fishing and then just hanging out with the dog. But today so tired and feeling hungover. National Fajita Day, so cooking dinner and then onto another week.
my sobriety taste like rasberry airhead gum with freakin micro candies
this gum is so good
Hey there! I’m so happy I participated in the Saturday Zoom meeting (video on/talking). You are so funny and provide so much insight. I have an autistic brother, he’s 48. I understand what you’re going through. You’re an amazing father. Just wanted to say that!
I’ve done it a few ways but my favorites are in the ocean, in the full moon light after rinsing them in water or in water left out on the full moon. There are some stones you don’t want to get wet but amethyst is totally safe. Just running them under cold water with the intentions to recharge them works too though, I’ve done that many times and its amazing the difference I can feel in them before and after! I also do reiki so I charge mine that way too sometimes. When I cleanse them I always set the intentions to have them work for their highest and greatest good. edit: I just read everyone else’s responses, I love how we are all on the same page! Looooove my stones as well as the people that get and appreciate them like I do!
Hello @funnydad, how are you doing my friend?
3 Weeks. Looking back at the addiction is crazy.
Addicts go through years of misery to avoid that 1 week of hell. Remember this is the right path! Keep going!
Kyanite is also a great cleanser too!
Doing ok, back on the horse…it looks like you’re doing really good, that’s great…
I’m very much an introvert. So actually turning the video on and talking was a huge step for me. Turns out it was very much enjoyable! You’re especially entertaining. I have massive respect for you as a father.
@CapriciousCapricorn You put that beautifully. Yes, grey has a bad image of boring, staid. But actually it is delicate, nuanced, individual.
The airhead gummies are good too!
