Day 78
Have one class to teach today, then tomorrow and the next day are off. It should be the university festival but it is cancelled because of Covid, but the classes are still off. In the past would be excited at the possibility of drinking, or conflicted about whether to drink or not. Now I am not interested in drinking at all. I have work to do, and booked Japanese online lessons, and will watch some programs, hopefully with the cat on my knee. And I had better do some jogging too. Actually looking forward to it!

Hello everybody! It’s been a while, I have not fallen off the face of the earth haha. Ending day TWELVE!! Feeling great! I’ve been attending my treatment and today I attended my first AA meeting, which I LOVED and feel as if it’s going to be a huge help for my sobriety. I feel so blessed to finally see the light at the end of my tunnel … and that light is SOBRIETY! It feels so good, I never want to feel the way I did 2 weeks ago.
Sobriety isn’t owned.
It’s rented and rents due everyday

Hang in there! At first it might seem like forever but the days will go by more quickly than you know. Make sure you have everything you might need in a place where you’ll be resting. You’re brave to be willing to go through this without pain meds. I have nothing more to offer but I hope everything goes well for you.

Day 284.88
Had a nice couple days. Missed a few check-ins. My biggest struggle lately has been sleep so trying to limit my screen time. Its easy to get wrapped up reading and posting on here so going to try and cut it short.

Day 257~ Another fun relaxing day here in the mountains. It’s been really awesome. Being able to recharge my energy and spirit is so important and until getting sober I never realized how important it actually was. I did do a little work while here… had to order the products for the shop. We are finally (fingers crossed 
) opening Saturday! It’s been a long stressful challenging time but it’s finally happening. 
Omg I have to share… so today we went to an old country store in town and check out the signs below… my boy 
was sending us a message … I just know it. We always called him old man Moose. And yes we found the signs like this!
Hope everyone is doing their best and keep trying.

Haha, I’ve said it a thousand times probably, but my first six months consisted of work, bath, bed. doing the minimum that had to be done.
I’d say it definitely helped me.
