Thatā€™s fantastic Frank! People are so quick to post negative reviews and rarely take the time to say something positive. You left a lasting impression.

Day 178.67ā€¦ A wise soul said yesterday,
Remember these feelings are not real.

And that will be my mantra for today :trophy::rocket:

Well, here I am again. It kind of took me by surprise because I normally have the time on summary instead of days so when I got the little notification I was pleasantly surprised. More so because today has been a gigantic piece of fail served cold on a dirty plate.

So Iā€™m happy that Iā€™ve gotten back here. I think when I reset before this I had 88 days or something. Iā€™m not sure because it doesnā€™t really matter. Right now matters and this is where I am today.

I do think this forum has helped me. Just being able to have a place I can come to each day, even if I donā€™t post anything, and see names of people I recognize, as if I belong to somethingā€¦ You know, like Cheers without the theme song  but really I do think it helps.

Day 324. Feel good about not drinking. Itā€™s amazing to realize that change is possible.

I have back pain too. I used to medicate it with a drink. Iā€™ve tried several alternativesā€” chiropractor, acupuncture, regular doc, yoga, just waiting, heated blanket ā€” and for me, yoga (on YouTube there are lots of back pain exercises) plus heated blanket is the best. Itā€™s rona friendly too. I think anxiety can increase your likelihood of things like back pain. We move differently when we are stressed. Iā€™m sorry your chiropractor doesnā€™t mandate masks.
