I wish you strength as well! Thatās nice that you can take two weeks off to do that. I canāt think of anyone who would want to fast and do a caffeine detox while still going in to work.

Day 20. What a nice even number. Iāve been practicing mindfulness throughout my day and it has been very rewarding. Itās like being your own babysitting of sorts, haha. But in that, I have found that there is security, growth and acceptance. Itās pretty neat.

Day 13 sober ending the day a preolĆmpico. A week ahead full of challenges. Focused in boundaries. They saved my life lately. Example: donāt allow being late in the night

OK soooooā¦ Today is October 20th, my sober date is April 20th, so if Iām going by the numbers that way, today is my official 6 monthā¦ But, I get confused Coz my counter adds it different itās off by a few daysā¦but Iām just going to count it as today the 20 to coz thatās easily to remember halfās and quarters and full yr dates etcā¦ So Iām Happy today, Iāve made it half a yearā¦ Hereās to another half!
