Thank you for your advice. I know I am just kidding myself that I van drink in moderation and it the feeling I have when I drink a bit of having it under control allows me to drink more ā¦ if that makes sense. Sending love.

Day 325, merry Christmas Eve everyone. Waking up extremely hungover feeling off this new medicine, but snap out of it quick feeling good and not many side effects at all now. Leaving work early and going to go home, I got a jog in yesterday, so planning on doing that again today. Then gonna clean so there is room for Santa and his foot prints, Iām excited man. No thoughts or urges of alcohol, just straight blessed and pumped to give my girls the best Christmas ever, gonna pop some popcorn tonight and watch a movie before bed. I hope you all have a awesome day

Off t ok work sober and drunk free this morning we have a secret Santa today at my ex wife house always drinking and drugging there Iām a little nervous since Iām the one oh brings the drugs and majority of the alcohol. Iāll pro6be asked to party tonight. I have to be strong very strong tonight. Off to work cheering everyone on!!!

Heard some of my aunts and uncleās talk about all the booze theyāve been drinking the last few days. And tonight. Yes heavy drinkers indeed!
I am glad Iām not letting alcohol ruin my celebrations anymore. I do kind of miss it somehow but know this is the way to go.
