Day 8. Happy New Year everyone. Just hit the gym for a couple hours. Passed by a liquor store and had the thought of missing it. But I’ve got Panera bread sitting on my lap and I’m about to dig into this sort of craving instead of my alcohol craving.

2 Years completed! I am so happy and grateful. Best decision ever. I feel free. I think this is the most important change. Nevertheless i am still working on getting better and better each and every day. Without TS i do not think that i would have come so far. So this is for you: Thank you all!!!
