@Mno I should be posting a huge congrats gif for your 600 days and celebrating your great milestone!
But what overshadows this is my enormous gratitude for the example of you and your 600 days, your (likely) 600 posts, which I’m sure have had a massive multiplier effect - inspiring and encouraging others on their journeys every day. This is certainly the case for me. 
I also think the Amsterdam Dept of Tourism should put you on salary for your unrecognized contributions to their efforts.

226 days. Dodged the beer bitch brain yesterday and made it through sober. Trying to play catch up on here and apologize if I’ve missed any milestones. Day 1 or 1001 we are all doing it!

What day am I on? 143 maybe? I am checking in to alleviate some mild panic as I am on hold waiting to find out if my insurance company will cover a doctor that I found with availability for new patients…this is big. I haven’t been to the doctor in a long time and I have been trying so hard to get in somewhere. The struggle has been partly due to the messed up healthcare system in this country, which I’ve ranted about on this forum plenty of times before, but also partly due to my extreme anxiety related to accessing healthcare after some trauma I experienced in the past. No joke, my hands are ice cold, my body and face are hot, I’m sweating cold sweat, dry mouth, trembling a bit. But you know what? I’m fucking doing it! Even if this particular doc doesn’t work out (please please please she’s right around the corner from my house!), I am determined to get help with my health issues. So, I will persevere, regardless, but send me your good vibes, por favor friends! Thank you!

Day 360. Let’s gooo! Come on baby… I think I found the culprit to my excessive tiredness, every night around 6 o’clock I take my melotinin, well the last two days I didn’t take it. But last night I couldn’t fall asleep bc of it and overslept and didn’t make it to work. So yeah I beat myself up over that a little bit. But everything will be ok, love y’all
