Hey was reading your post sorry truly I am for all your going through. Very understandable your frustration and disappointment with everything. It’s very hard to say hang in there with all you’ve been through. Just wanted to say I’m sorry and been thinking of you. You may not want to hear this but God does love you! A lot of the time God gets the blame when in reality the Devil creates a lot of the chaos in our lives and this world. I’m praying for you brother!

yeah thanks its been a dodgy few weeks but I’m sober and learning about myself on a daily basis. Sobriety is easy when life is good but just when you think you know it all God will teach you another lesson. I passed with flying colours and a better man for it.

I’m here, I’m alive and I’m sober.
Day 189
Lazy Sunday, sleeping in. (Tweenie and my husband is away on Sundays) long unhealthy breakfast (Cinnamon rolls and bacon, The calorie content in that is enough to give me nightmares) getting the kids ready for school tomorrow. That includes showering anf washing hair. Sounds easier than it is. The autistic 11 y/o is afraid of showering and have really thick long curly hair that he needs help with, and the 9 y/o have long hair that goes down to the waistline that he needs help with because he can’t reach Washing it himself.
Some light cleaning, Ice cream (Thank god for sherbet) a few episodes of The Nanny, that fills me with hair and outfit envy that I compensate with some online shopping.
A walk was planned but we woke up to snow the wind is hard and icy and the ground is still frozen so opening the front door felt like enough of fresh air for today.
