Good morning from snowy Denver! I slept late and now having coffee in bed. My plan is to make a stew today to enjoy on this cold day.

Day 276 clean and sober today I think??? Is that right @Piglet??? I got lost for a second lol. I’m off of oxygen now and my levels are holding steady. Next is to start very slowly getting my endurance back and rebuilding a lot of my strength. It’s crazy how your body seems to quickly turn to mush when you don’t have the opportunity to use it. My body feels all flappy and loose like I don’t have muscle tone I guess??? Anyway, I know that our bodies are magnificently resilient and it’s just a matter of time till I’m back to where I was before surgery and better. Have an amazing day everyone and I love you guys. On a different note has anyone heard from Mike Lamica??? I don’t even see his name when I type it in, I hope he’s ok. Thank you for all of your love and support
