Hey everyone! Checking in at 291.61 days.
I just completed my 40 classes in 60 days challenge at the gym. This has been so good for me! I am glad I signed up when this challenge was starting and that I stuck with it. I really went out of my comfort zone and tried some new classes like kickboxing, strength, core, and gluteous maxx out, on top of my usual spin and yoga. Plus I even started doubling up on classes. I used to be SO intimidated to try anything new! I cannot believe the changes in me. I am STRONG! I have abs! I’ve achieved some huge goals of mine such as mastering the headstand and I can now go from crow straight to plank with ease. I highly recommend this challenge to anyone who is able to do it. It has kept me busy! Sad its over. Its amazing the things we can accomplish without drugs and alcohol.
Congrats on all the milestones! You all inspire me so much.

Day 17.
6.58am.
6 degrees.

I had an epic sunrise this morning. These photos dont do it justice. The sky is bright pink and orange. Glorious :heart:

Slept from 8pm till 6.30am straight through. Didn’t even wake up to go bathroom lol. The feeling when my head hit the pillow was ahhhhhh. I havnt had this much graditude for my pillow and bed in a long. I’m really appreciating the feeling of authentic gratitude :heart:

Aw thanks! I have been admiring your cold water plunges! Tim Ferris says when rating his days (-2,-1,1,2) he found he gives his days a solid +2 in satisfaction when he does 40° cold water baths. (Lol hopefully that makes sense) It has made me want to try it 100%!!

Worked it out :slightly_smiling_face: its a shock at first but literally buzzing afterwards, bonus I have made some new friends… exercise or activities which h push you have such positive outcomes… just pleased I am present to try them…

You should try I am sure you would like it…my first time did 4 mins! But carefully building up plus its getting warmer. Started cold showers now that makes me screech :sweat_smile:

It was good. I didnt share. They asked me to but I said I was just listening. Everyone was very friendly. I struggled to hear them talking coz I sat at the back and the microphone was not turned up. So next time I will sit right at the front lol. It was a night meeting at 7.30pm. I will go to a day time one as well and try it out this week. The take away I got from the meeting was that I have to learn to genuinely listen properly. My mind tends to wander unintentionally , so this is a great way for me to learn the skill of authentic listening :pray:

Im a huge fan of cold showers. Now that its getting colder in the mornings its a bit more difficult lol so I only do blast of cold then Luke warm. Cold water showers are so good for your face and its skin :heart::pray::tada:
