I am a long time lurker and seldom posted this past year with the exception of daily check ins. This community lifted me up and held me accountable in a way that only you could understand.
Thank you to those who’ve been sober longer offering their support and bestowing their wisdom to the new comers.
To the new comers, you are WORTH it. It’s not easy- but it gets easier.

Last year I went and got checked for everything and doctor said everything was normal. But I probably should go get checked again.

You could ask to have a full vitamin/mineral panel done too, not just the regular blood work. Maybe your B12 is low which won’t show on a CBC.

Checking in ridiculously late at the end of day 195. It’s 3:30am here.
Friends came over and left really late. My wife drank…a little bit too much. 
All in all a great day, though.
Went for a walk/run with my daughter this morning, which I loved.

Day 18. Don’t normally work Saturdays but said I would do today a few weeks ago… and it was the best days weather all year. At least tomorrow is supposed to be nice too.
The important thing is, I have another day sober, and I’m relaxed out the back of the house enjoying the evening.
