341 days no alcohol.
309 days no cocaine.

I had to reset my binge-eating counter. I bought some comparitively healthy ice creams yesterday. Had 2 of those instead of my evening shake, which would have been fine, but they were really good, and at almost midnight I ate the other two, then I ate the rest of the box of cereal bars I had in the cupboard, then 2 extra yoghurts. I literally can’t buy nicer tasting foods. I still can’t moderate with them. I am pleased that I managed 34 days without bingeing though, that’s something I haven’t done for over 4 years, so it’s still an achievement.

It’s Pokémon Go Fest this weekend, so I spent today completing the challenges on that. Then went to the gym and swimming, I booked my fitness review for first thing Monday morning, interested to see if there are improvements as it’s been 7 weeks since I started exercising again.

Day 1353. Has anyone else noticed that beer cans are becoming more colorful? I was at a big family party today and there was a bunch of colorful cans in the cooler. I thought I hit the jackpot with a bunch of cool new seltzer flavors. I checked like 6 cans before I realized I wasn’t getting any seltzer. So I went swimming and had a cheeseburger.
