Sounds like you had a great day with your children yesterday, making positive memories is what it’s all about and it looks like you achieved that yesterday.
Couldn’t agree more with noticing the changes and my children seeing the best of me is my motivation when things get tough. No qualms about it I’m doing this for me to reclaim my life but my children didn’t choose me and I have to show my sons how they should act and show my daughters what they should expect from any man they end up with, and that simply isn’t who I was 6 days ago, but it is who I am today!

Day 62 for me. I had some good news this weekend. An old drinking buddy of mine is 30 days sober. I’m so happy for him. Have a Super Sunday everyone!

Checking in day 70 sober.
Not much te share or to talk albout the last couple of those. Busy with work and just cruising through the days towards my holiday’s
Feeling a little bit down, but Iam not sure why I feel like this, everything is fine and I have nothing to worry about

Hey everybody.
I am leaving my porn habit. I have tried to quit consciously for the past 1 year. My longest streak was 54 days in may and june. I also had a 30 day and 20 day streak in oct and nov.
I want to be accountable for my actions, thus I will check in everyday for 90days.
So this is my Day 1.
I wish everyone success in whatever bad habit they are quitting.
