Keep your chin up, remember when the dark days come those are the ones you fight through to have the best days of your life. i mean its true. It’s not much of an emphasis in this country! I took spanish in school (tho i can only say a few phrases…i can ask for a beer and where’s the bathroom, lol). The only other language i’m fluent in is American Sign Language. That’s about it!
Thanks Dana! I used to be such a stimulant junkie!! Now I just drink coffee before my work outs. I never thought that was possible in the past, but now that’s how I do it…
I think pre work out would be fine to take right before a high intensity work out where you’re going to quickly sweat it out but definitely not to just get things done around the house. That was stupid of me. I don’t know!!
This meditation class I take says any drug even stimulants disallow you from feeling your own vibration and can throw you out of alignment with source energy. I definitely felt that the other day!

Ya I think ur right. I do struggle with energy and since my 6 am workouts are the only time I can get to the gym I usually feel like I need abit of extra energy to get my workouts in. But I see what ur saying tho, drinking pre-workout for daily energy I almost feel does more harm than good lol

Thank you Sarah, not doing too much moving today, and wishing you balance my stimulant is coffee, I take a large mug to bed! Sleep no problem, but the quality is bad as always tired, another item to tackle very soon.
Hmm… maybe expirimenting with cutting out the pre work out might be beneficial. I know!!.. It was a foreign concept to me at first but my body quickly adjusted and now it’s not something I even think about needing.
It may solve your energy problem… you might end up having more energy! As I do feel like the stimulants steal our energy from the future. Just a thought.

Hello friends, checking in on day 190. Had an intake with a new psychiatrist yesterday. The high dose antidepressants are working, but apparently making me hypertensive. Blah. So I will keep an eye on my BP for a while, figure out what to do. Leaving for a holiday trip tomorrow, and I am a bit nervous about that. I’ll try to keep checking in here. The company helps.

Checking in day 27. Planning on a self care day today. Not pushing myself to complete anything. Its been very busy with Christmas coming.at work and home and im exhausted. I used to have my drinks on Saturdays to help me get all the house work caught up. Today im releasing the pressure i put on myself and taking the time for myself. Maybe a nap and a good movie along the way. I will get done what i get done and not be concerned with the rest. I will end up with 2 days to get it done as i wont be hungover and sick tommorow.

Checkin in on day 33. Had a pretty nasty 24 hour flu yesterday. I remember trying to power through them by drinking. ( Sounds even stupider now that I’m reading it ). This time I took Theraflu and slept about 10 hours and today I feel almost back to normal. Who knew that woulda actually worked better. Lol. Have a great Saturday everybody.
