Day 601 clean and sober today. Had a really bad drinking dream last night and could totally feel the hangover in my dream, it was so real! Feel pretty yucky this morning but I know it was just a dream and it will fade away. I hate those! Anyway, have an amazing day everyone, love you guys!!!

Feel good this morning! Woke up at 545am, worked out, feeling strong and ready to tackle the day! Gonna finish my recovery routine now and then tidy up. Feeling proud of where I am today. Its been 11 days and its still very early in recovery… but I actually see myself as a woman on the path of recovery… and no longer a chronic relapser! So that’s huge! Jealousy has disappeared so that’s good too. Making lots of health changes, eating better, and exercising and that in itself helps me to learn to respect and love my body as well as helps me to stay clean. Really proud of everyone’s accomplishments and milestones recently! Inspired by u all to keep going!

Checking in sober on a Thursday between 6-7. This is my craving hour. And my partner has gone away for a night. But, I’ve visualised my evening and I’m going to the gym and cooking a nice dinner. Do you guys ever check in at the end and beginning of the night to help? I feel like setting myself that target is gonna help me stay sober. I want to be sober to check in before bed
